Management by Common Sense is a Lecture Series with a difference. Successful people from different walks of life who do not have formal Management Qualification will come and share their practical Management experience with the participants. The college has so far conducted five Lecture series with people ranging from The Mumbai Dabbawallas to the Youngest CEO Ms. Sreelakshmi Suresh.

Ms. Sreelakshmi Suresh
The fifth series of Lecture was conducted on 6th April, 2013. The guest for the lecture series was the World’s youngest CEO Sreelakshmi Suresh. Ms.Sreelakshmi Suresh has designed websites for Bar Council of Kerala. She along with 14 medical students has started a new company YGlobes recently. She aspires to build her business as the world’s No.1 business unit in IT.

Ms. Saloni Malhotra
The fourth series of Lecture was conducted on 31st March 2012, by Ms. Saloni Malhotra. Mrs.Saloni Malhotra, the founder of DesiCrew, Indias 1st Rural BPO was the speaker for the series in the year 2012.
She has been nominated for “Business Week’s Asia’s Youngest Entrepreneurs, MTV Youth Icon 2008, E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 and also felicitated in the presence of the President of India by the CII.
Management by Common Sense Lecture Series – III
Shri. Anand Kumar
The Third lecture series was conducted by Mr. Anand Kumar being known as ‘Super 30’ on 15th October, 2011.
Anand Kumar’s Super 30 has helped many poor students from Bihar to enter the prestigious IITs. He started Super 30 to prepare 30 students for the IIt-JEE in 2002, providing free boarding, lodging and coaching to the selected aspirants. In all 236 students out of 270 trained from Super 30 have made it to the IIT-JEE till date
Management by Common Sense Lecture Series – II
Shri. Vithal Kamat
The second part of Management by Common Sense lecture series was conducted by Shri Vithal Kamat, Chairman “kamats” group of Hotels on 27th April 2008,
He is mainly known for his environment friendly hotels and has won many international awards for the same.
The Mumbai Dabbawalas
The inaugural lecture was given by the globally renowned “The Dabbawalas” from Mumbai in the year 2007. The Dabbawalas, Known for their on-time Lunch Box delivery system in a city as Mumbai, gave valuable inputs to the students and gave a new dimension to the Management by Common Sense lecture series.
